We often dispatch orders on the same day

Delivery time

We usually deliver orders within 1–5 working days. During Christmas and other holidays, delivery may take 3–7 working days.

Other delivery information

• For special-order items, we will agree the delivery time with you individually.
• Delivery times may vary between products. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels; we will inform you in advance.

When you receive your parcel

You must check the condition of the parcel immediately.

If the parcel is damaged:

Parcel locker:

• Photograph the damage at the parcel locker before removing the parcel.
• Register the damage on the terminal screen and complete the damage report form.
• Contact us immediately by email at info@flavia.lt, attaching photographs and a description of the damage.

Courier:

• If you notice damage, record it on the courier’s delivery note or refuse the parcel.
• Accepting the parcel and signing the delivery note without comments means the parcel is deemed to have been delivered in good condition. This may make it more difficult to assess claims for external damage.

Additional information

• During cold weather, we recommend collecting parcels from lockers as soon as possible to minimise the effects of temperature on the products.
